Left posterior thigh pain only in sitting position
Abstract
A 60-year-old woman admitted to our radiology departmentfor pelvic Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) due to posterior left thigh pain. The patient mention the pain as caustic, starting from the gluteal fold to the back of the knee only when sitting. On physical examination the patient did not reveal any pain during extension, adduction or external rotation of the left hip. She did not have any pain during long-stride walking neither in any other position of the body.
